Подвеска на мотоцикле с не настраиваемой передней вилкой, а сзади установлены амортизаторы monoshok имеющие предварительную регулировку нагрузки.

Серый импорт в Австралию в большинстве составляют MC22 и MC19. Более ранние MC14 и MC17 встречаются намного реже. Overview

Honda has come up with its lightweight, highly efficient, twin cylinder bike named as 'CBR250RR'. The ‘Light Weight Super Sport Concept’ (CBR250RR) was unveiled earlier at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. The production model has now been unveiled in Indonesia on July 25. Although doubtful to be launched in India, but if launched it is expected to sweep away its rivals with its high performance figures, design and much more. The key rivals of CBR250RR in India would be Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Yamaha R3.

Design and Style

Since the 250RR comes from the CBR series, so undoubtedly it is going to have a head turning design. It features some of the sharpest curves for cheating the wind over its passage. It has been designed with the key phrase “strong presence” which is so depicted by its next-generation super sport concept model, low crouching position and long nose which gives the rider a sense of speed. Its plane architecture indicates its hardness and solidity whereas the sharp edges give it the aggressive look. On the exterior, the bike features matte-black-based low-contrast graphics which adds more to its remarkablility.

The 2017 Honda CBR250RR is based on a newly developed steel truss frame, with aluminium gul type swingarm. The right-side swingarm has been shaped to reduce exhaust pipe extrusion which makes the bike look slimmer while retaining the bank angle. The CBR250RR has got a similar front face as that of the CBR series. To add on its beauty, the bike has dual-LED headlights, sharp wedge-shape, long nose, acute tail, sharp body lines, sculpted fuel tank and chiselled tail section. It features conventional single side exhaust muffler which is supposed to be a 2-1-2 system that is compatible with the overall bike design.

Dimensions and Fuel capacity

Honda CBR250RR is a big step by the bikemaker in terms of design and styling. The bike has got an overall length of 2060 mm, overall width of 724 mm and overall height of 1098 mm. The seat height is 790 mm and the wheelbase is 1389 mm. The bike has got a 145 mm ground clearance. The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 14.5 litres with 1.9 litres oil tank capacity.

Engine and Gearbox

Honda CBR250RR is a one of its kind machine which would boost the quarter litre motorcycle segment by delivering much more than the expected performance figures. Honda CBR250RR will get its power from the twin cylinder, 249.7 cc, 4-stroke, 8-valve, liquid cooled engine which generates 38.2 Bhp @ 12,500 rpm of maximum power and 23.3 NM @ 11,000 rpm of maximum torque. The output figures delivered by the bike are more than the other quarter litre fighters around the world.

The engine is mated to a six speed gearbox with multiplate wet clutch with coil spring. The Japanese bike maker claims that the motor is easy to handle for urban riding as well as comfortable on the circuit giving out a smooth output across the entire rev range. Honda has also confirmed that the engine comes with Throttle-by-Wire (TbW) which makes it possible to use 3-way engine mode settings through which the rider can tap into the linear power output at his will.

Brakes and Suspension

As was showcased in the concept, the CBR250RR is equipped with a USD suspension setup at the front and pro-link suspension featuring 5-step preload at the rear. The braking duties are performed by 310 mm front and 240 mm rear wavy disc brakes. The bike has got dual-channel ABS option.

Instrument Console

CBR250RR has got a fully digital instrument console which includes digital speedometer, trip meter, tachometer, odometer, clock and fuel gauge. The instrument panel also includes ABS light, gear indicator, service reminder, low oil indicator, low battery indicator and rev limiter indicator.

Top Speed and Mileage

The bike is expected to have a top speed of more than 180 kmph. There are no mileage figures released officially yet by the company. But we can expect the bike to have a powerful acceleration along with good mileage.

Shades and Tyres

The bike will be available in three exciting shades: Honda Red Racing, Matt Gun Powder Black and Anchor Grey Metallic. CBR250RR comes equipped with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. It has got a 17 inch 110/70-17 54S front tyre and 17 inch 140/70-17 66S rear tyres.

Expected Price and Launch Date

The 2017 CBR250RR will be manufactured in Indonesia and will be largest displacement Honda motorcycle manufactured ever in the country. The sales for the bike in the South East Asian country will commence likely by the end of 2016 and sales in Japan will begin at a later date. Regarding the launch of Honda CBR250RR, Honda has come up with no official statement. Reports claim that the 350cc version is also in the pipeline so, it would be difficult to predict whether the bike will be launched in India or not.

If launched, the bike is expected with a price between Rs. 3,50,000-4,00,000 and would prove to be a tough competitor for Yamaha R3 and Ninja 300. One thing remains obvious that the bike is going to prove a tough competition for its rivals globally and it is expected to make a big place in the hearts of the riders, once launched.

It’s FINALLY Official! Honda has let the cat out of the bag on this all new 250cc SuperSport CBR! Honda teased us with not giving any details on the bike and of course this meant that rumors went soaring into the inter-webs with people hoping and guessing what might come to be of this concept motorcycle. The CBR250RR will be manufactured in its major market, Indonesia, making it the largest displacement Honda motorcycle to be manufactured in the country. Honda plans to begin sales of the all-new sports model in Indonesia by the end of 2016. Honda is planning to release the CBR250RR in Japan at a later date. “Indonesia was chosen as the first country in the world that manufactures and launches model flagship Honda in category supersport this. This is clear evidence of the nation’s work has met international standards and compete in the global market,” said Executive Vice President Director AHM Loman.

Is the 2017 CBR250RR coming to the USA? Nobody knows… Well, someone does but not anyone that is willing to open up their mouth and say so just yet. Personally, I hope it comes to our side of the pond. Actually, let me go ahead and get my begging out of the way and kiss a little butt… Please Honda: If you’re reading this, I need this bike in my garage!

Thanks to this “leaked” picture above of the 2017 CBR250RR spec sheet we finally have the exact performance numbers for the all-new CBR 250RR! Here’s what we’re looking at when it comes to the 17′ CBR2500RR HP & TQ figures:

2017 CBR250RR Features

  • CBR250RR | Newly Developed Parallel-twin Engine & Electronic

The CBR250RR is powered by a newly developed water-cooled 4-stroke 4-valve straight-twin DOHC 250cc engine, which aims for class-leading output performance. The engine is easy to handle for urban riding, while it is just as comfortable on the circuit, with smooth output characteristics across the entire revrange. In addition, its Throttle-by-Wire (TBW) system and selectable 3-way engine mode settings allow the rider to tap into its linear power output at will, for a superior, solid acceleration.

To make the engine very compact, many technologies were applied such as laid primary driver gears for the cam chain, oil pump on the right side that is integrated with the machine, the respiratory machine behind the cylinder, and put a water pump in the cylinder head as applied in RC213V. The width of the new 2-cylinder engine is almost identical to the one-cylinder engine in the same capacity, thanks to the technology applied in this new 2017 CBR250RR engine.

Another significant part in the layout of the power unit is Downdraft air intake. The air filter was removed from its usual position behind the cylinder and is now placed above the cylinder, the air intake has reduced resistance and provides optimal flow throughout the speed range.

To offer optimal control in any situation, Honda has implemented the latest technology that is throttle-by-wire , known as TBW. The 2017 CBR250RR is the first model in its class to have a TBW system. This feature helps bring in a more precise feel when rolling on the throttle compared to its counterpart.

The Accelerator Position Sensor (APS) detects and automatically sends electrical signals to the ECU. This system is also applied to the RC213V.

The styling of this model adapted from the evolution of each function together with the latest technological development. Their design theme “Speed Shape” presents an attractive and functional appearance that gives a pleasurable riding experience before you’re even moving.

 

Sharp lines are seen starting from the bottom, the front to the rear silhouette are tapered to present an aggressive presence.

Honda is tapping into their recently adopted “layered cowl”, to optimize the flow of air while riding to better aid the engine cooling process and also contribute to optimal control and feedback. In terms of design, Honda has always given priority to the results of each function, so the styling is determined through a deep understanding of the function of each part. Styling fundamentally contributes to the motorcycle when maneuvering. Honda makes the design from the outside, then proceeds to the frame, the engine and the suspension.

The CBR250RR’s newly designed steel pipe truss frame realizes both strength and flexibility. Its swing arms are Aluminum gull arms, and with the right-side swing arm shaped to reduce exhaust pipe extrusion, allows the bike to be slimmer, while retaining bank angle. The suspension features high rigidity inverted forks for the front, and Pro-link suspension featuring 5-step preload for the rear. For the brakes, front and rear ABS is available (for the ABS model). Large 310mm diameter (front) and 240mm diameter (rear) wave discs provide outstanding stopping-power.

The frame design features the latest steel pipe structure to ensure strength and flexibility while helping in stability for optimal control.

 

The swing arm type is a gull-arm made of aluminum through the process of Gravity Dies Casting (GDC) which results in a reduction of the overall weight. It also helps with the exhaust layout to be closer to the center of gravity while still optimizing the tilt angle when maneuvering. The swinging arm connected with the main frame using Pro-Link suspension.

The front suspension is an inverted fork from Showa with the size coming in at 37mm that helps reduce the un-sprung weight.

The CBR250RR 7- spoke wheels are designed exclusively for this CBR with the emphasis in weight reduction.
